Mr Rochelle refinished our floors (oak, and reclaimed pine out of the Cape Fear River). Not only was he affordable and did a great job on the refinish, but they left the house very clean after their work! I have found it challenging to find competent contractors, with a good work ethic, but I would definitely use Rochelle the Floor Man again!Also, I would like to add that the one ☆ review by Mr. Kobell is not relevant to Mr. Rochelle's workmanship/professionalism/integrity. The review appears to be based on possible road rage? And, out of the 51 reviews that Mr Kobell has written, 44 are 1☆.
