We have been Edwards customers for twenty years and have had nothing but outstanding service and caring for the customers. We recently had a complete replacement and the owners and service techs were outstanding. We cannot recommend them enough. We had two replacements at the beach which is really tough on ac units and our recent replacement on the mainland of a 15 yr old unit that they have serviced to last as long as it did. They are the BEST!

I called Edwards heating and air at 6:45 on a Friday night and left a message for a leak coming from our AC in the attic expecting a call back that following Monday. Within 30 minutes Gabriel called me back and told me he could come take a look. Not only did he come right away but he worked until 8 pm to resolve the issue. He was incredibly nice and professional. Thank you Gabriel!! I cannot say enough good things about this experience!
