I’ve had technicians come and work on my unit half way. One thing would be fixed but then another would be made worse or left untouched. My problem started with my zone board and ended with new capacitor and compressor then back to the zone board. Once Chris came he was honest about issues with units connected to a security system. He was able to finally fix my zone board. My main bedroom was always hot and wouldn’t cool like other rooms but was much cooler by the time he left. It’s hard to find a company who have people who know what they’re doing. I’m happy I finally found mine.
Had trouble finding a warranty part for a Rheem unit purchased from Comfort, which they no longer sell. They installed a temporary motor which got us through a very HOT time until the replacement part arrived. Chris our service technician, did an excellent job during this time and the management team at Comfort deserves a job well done. We will buy our next unit from Comfort Heating & Cooling Service. Thank you!
Robert came to do an initial maintenance service at my place of Employment. He was friendly, arrived on time, explained the process and gave me a clear summary of what he had done and what steps were needed. Great service.
