Jody was right on time and changed out my evaporator coil.He did a few other things while here and is a very nice and polite technician.
Comfort Heating & Cooling installed our HVAC system when we built our house. Since then they have always been the company we use to service our system. Recently we had a clogged drain line and needed it fixed. They were able to schedule us quickly and let me know when our technician was arriving. Robbie was our technician. He was on time, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer our questions and gave us a few tips about general maintenance of our system. I had Comfort Heating and Cooling install a new Trane heat pump in 2019. Remy and his partner were the installers and did an amazing job!! Logan, the company owner, showed up several times to inspect the job. I am nothing but impressed with their service and professionalism. On Tuesday, April 12, 2023, I called Comfort to complain about a water leak issue I was having with the indoor unit. I was very upset while on the phone. However, everyone I spoke to was very polite and courteous, including Logan. They sent a service tech out the same day to diagnose the problem. It was determined the leak was caused by a cracked plastic drip try under the A-coil. Comfort called me the next day (Wednesday) to let me know the part had been ordered. Comfort called me again the next day (Thursday) to let me know the part had come in and they were prepared to come out and install it that same afternoon. The service techs arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and promptly fixed the problem. The part was covered by the factory warranty. However, as stated in the factory warranty terms, I had to pay the labor to have it installed. I was totally amazed at the speed, politeness, courtesy, professionalism and the overall experience. I highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone needing heating and cooling services. They are "true" professionals!!!
