I reached out to Carolina Comfort Air when our system went out. They got the ball rolling literally the next day. Greyson came out to give some options and get us quotes on all of those before making a decision. Once we decided on a new system, he identified some other weak points that should be addressed to help the longevity of our system. When it came to the install, Eugene, Kimo, and Jerry all were extremely thorough, respectful, and communicative during the process. The day my A/C crashed I had a technician come out the same day to diagnose the problem. While it was cheaper to repair it, the unit was over 10 yrs old, so I purchased a new one. They were able to get it replaced within 1 week, which was good as the temps were hot. It was a 2-day job and they were very efficient in getting the job done. They left each day with no mess in my house and kept me updated on how it was going. They walked me through the details of running it and made sure I was ok with their service before leaving.
