My wife bought a new wedding set on 26 April 2024. Returned to the store the next day to get the rings sized. This has started a 11-day cluster of misinformation and non-delivery of the rings. I went to the store today, 9 May, to try and get information on when we could expect for her to get her rings back. I got nothing but excuses and not a straight answer. I was the problem because I expected the rings to be ready when promised. The lady even told me I was just looking for an argument. She blamed UPS, the repair shop, another salesperson, and me for not being understanding. If a store has to make that many excuses, I don't think it's the customers are wrong... read full review

I was greeted very fast and I had a very good Coustmer services experience. I wasn’t really looking for anything but, I bought a tennis chain the chain looks very nice. I was told the tennis chain was made with real diamonds, but I was also told all jewelry was half off because of the Black Friday deals but I still had to pay more then the price he told In the mall, because of the app they used and If I didn’t pay the price on the chain at the half off price, it would have been back to its original price with in two months which is crazy to me if you are offering the jewelry half price then it should stay half. I was at the beach here last year and my fiancé bought me what we were told was a 14kt necklace. Come to find out today that it is just gold plated. He paid close to $400 for this.
