“I love my hair blonde—all the way blonde. I usually get my hair done at Ulta, and ask them to dye my hair all the way blonde, including underneath and my roots. That is never then ending result, at all. I'm here in Jacksonville visiting my grandparents, and I came to Kitty (who is my grandma's hairstyler). She dyed my hair, and when I say it's all the way blonde, I mean you can't see any brown in it (brown is my natural hair color). If you saw me, you would think I was a natural blonde. She is by far the BEST hairstylist that I have EVER been to! She also waxed my eyebrows, and they are great too. This shows that good hairstylists aren't always at the brand stores, they can be at the small places as well. Again, I would recommend to people Kitty's hair place over any other place.
