If you looking for something they'll come right up to you and ask you what are you looking for not everybody now and don't look for the same person to be there because people don't stay there long and I would not spend my money on the Whigs because they're not really good quality in the back

I just want to say that my experience at this beauty supply store was marvelous from the time my sister and I walked in the store we were greeted with warm welcomes and spectacular service we were concerned about certain styles and colors that would look good with our skin complexion and face shape the young lady Alisa I’m not sure of the correct spelling of her name but she was very patient and very pleasing as well as full of suggestions and ideas for my sister and I we just never been helped in another beauty supply store as well as we were treated here and the acting manager I believe her name was Key again I’m not sure but I’m we would recommend this beauty... read full review

I’m giving 3 stars because although the store is very organized and everything is clear and easy to find, the staff is another thing. No one speaks to u when u walk in & today felt very uncomfortable for me. It makes u feel as if you’re not welcomed there. I don’t think I’ll be going here ever again because I don’t want to deal with that. Then I asked the lady for her opinion with hair & the first thing she says is “I don’t work at a hair salon”… whatever…. The lady literally followed me in every isle as if I wanted to or was going to steal something. She could’ve just asked if I needed help instead of following me.
