Replaced our microwave at our rental property. Was fast from our initial notification and did an awesome job. Picked up the new microwave also. Price was reasonable and his work was perfect. If you want it done fast and right this is the company. We will be using Bates again.

Excellent customer service. Contact was timely and punctual. The gentleman that showed up were very polite. The service was affordable for the task. I contacted several companies and they were extremely overpriced. If I need any other work, I will be contacting them.

We needed an entire kitchen remodel and Bates home improvement was definitely the man for the job. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our new kitchen, just in time for the holidays.
