The staff there at this Banfield Pet Hospital (by Panda Express) are beyond professional...The respect they show their patients is outstanding. I feel happy and comfortable leaving my fur babies in their care. They talk to the patients with a kind and calm tone and they are truly patient first. I was sooo relieved when I moved here to Jacksonville because they have a Banfield here and it was my first call, to set my cats up with a owp, when we got our apartment. I have been a customer of Banfield in the past and couldn't believe how much money I saved through those plans. I see absolutely nothing wrong with this place. I get it, the health of your pet can be challenging and make you frustrated. The horrible reviews made me question coming here. But the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The doctor herself was wonderful. Everybody was just so nice. I believe the doctors name was Doctor Smith. She explained everything to me and I can tell she actually cared. She gave me all the reassurance I didn't even know I needed because I was questioning certain things. She let me know that it is their job to explain everything to me and to not be afraid to ask questions. I will probably never go anywhere else unless things change in a negative... read full review

I have 4 cats, and I have been to 3 different Banfield locations in California, and both locations in Jacksonville. I can confidently say this location has been the best one I have ever been to. They genuinely care abiut your pets, they care about saving you money, they won't push you to get anything for your pet especially if it isn't needed. They're just amazing. I have 2 cats that aren't found of vets due to how they were treated before we adopted them, and my cats have no problem with the vets here. I will only go to this location now even though it's even mroe out if the way for me.
