I have purchased two different homes from this builder in Sneads Ferry and have been very happy with both. Courtney Carter, the builder's agent for both homes, has always been fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable and responsive which helped immensely with the purchase of our first home at the beginning of the pandemic and our second home during the housing boom that followed. I would recommend this builder to anyone in the area looking for a solid home with a well-thought-out floor plan and usable square footage.
So I have purchased two newly built homes and so far A. Sydes has been far better than DR Horton. There are a couple of things that I was not happy with, but overall, I have a great home, and the quality is good so far.
We haven’t moved into the house yet but the experience with Sydes has been great so far. We had our final walk through with Mel Fowler yesterday and he was excellent. I was expecting a representative that would try to find as least deficiencies as possible but that was not the case with Mel. We were very encouraged with the way that he was finding minor deficiencies that neither my wife nor myself had noticed, and shared tips and advice on how to maintain the home properly. That shows that they care about the quality of the final product and that they want your new home to be as perfect as possible and satisfied with your purchase.
