We can not explain how wonderful the staff was with us, during a very difficult time. Our sweet Bridget was not doing well and had reached the end of her journey. I didn't want to take her to her regular vet because they were to far away. I didn't want to stress her anymore than needed. I call Ironton Animal Hospital, they made appointment quickly. They were so considerate and didn't hesitate to help us. They didn't try to up sells or charge a outrageous amount. The compassion they showed us will never be forgotten. I just want to say thank you for everything you did for our sweet girl.

Friendly staff from top to bottom. We've taken all of our dogs there for years and they have been great. From the way they have handled routine check ups to unfortunately them passing they have been wonderful with everything. I would highly recommend them!
This year, I had two emergency situations. While other practices were too busy to see me but were willing to schedule an appointment in 7-10 days, Ironton acknowledged me concern and situation and saw me the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Levine and even wrote mailed him a thank-you notes. I found the staff knowledgable, and one staff member answered a question about a situation that I was having with a recent rescue. I sincerely appreciate them. One more thing: They are busy. For my situation, I feel lucky that they could work me in when others wouldn't.
