It was horrible. The builder said that's the way they leave them. Completely unfinished. Barely sanded down . By the time FMA Construction redid and painted the whole garage it looked fantastic. After our original contractor left our porch and deck unfinished, Michael contracted to finish the job at a fair price (not knowing what complications he was going to encounter from someone else's work; there were plenty).
