“Amazing spray tans!! I have been to several spray tan locations and tried various self tanning methods and none seem to work as well as this spas tanning solution and equipment. All the girls are so personable and make you feel very comfortable during the session. I make my appts through the mind body app which is super simple, however, I made an appt accidentally at the wrong location and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I recommend getting the membership, you won’t regret it!“

“Management obviously goes a long way. After getting a new manager - the ladies here at this store are top notch. After several negative experiences at the Indian Trail location from both the employees and manager (Nicole or Noel; can't remember) I contemplated cancelling my membership but I decided to give it one last shot at this location. And boy am I glad I did. Kai and Faith immediately greeted me and had such lively personalities, they walked me through what lotions I needed and set me up with a kit that I didn't even know was an option when I signed up for my membership. Every time I come in here, Faith is smiling and ready to go, or Chloe is locked in and quick, everyone works well together and it's nice to have such a pleasant experience. Definitely better than what I had previously been experiencing. You gals rock!“

“So today I stopped by the salon and wanted to do a spray. I usually get dark but today I was told that they were out of dark and so I had to do medium. First of all how can you be out of dark?!?! That is pretty terrible but I’m cool and easy going so I just went with it. I was offered no discount or any additives. The lady did tell me that they could add all sorts of additives to make the tan dark but of course at extra charge. That is just not good customer service but what really really got me was that hours after I sprayed I noticed that absolutely no spray tan whatsoever was applied to my skin! I do this often and trust me I know 100% when something is a miss. First of al there is a smell and normally I get a little bit blotchy on my feet and hand but absolutely nothing was applied to my skin. I don’t know if the worker put in an empty bottle or what but this is ridiculous. So I’m going to call them tomorrow and hope that they can offer a respray as they should since it’s clear as day no tan is present. I’ve been going there a really long time and I’ve noticed lately that they have just been off. That is $20 of a complete freaking waste! If they don’t allow me to respray (dark) for free then I’m canceling my membership and going elsewhere. This is getting to expensive for crumby results. Please get this store together, I know you guys can do it!UPDATE: So they reached out and offered a free spray and I got the dark cartridge. The tan turned out beautiful and I’m very satisfied with it. Thank you Pam beach tan for taking my complaint seriously and rectifying the situation;-)“
