I like using Roto-Router for all my plumbing needs. The service is outstanding. They professionally take your call, get the information they need, and go out and do the job, right away. I manage multiple residential properties. Roto - Rooter is the one vendor I know I can count on 100% of the time.
They called 45 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the scheduled block time. The main issue was examined and an estimate was promptly given for all repairs. The rep was very polite and answered all my questions. I would give 4 and half stars if it was an option.
Within 90 minutes of our call to Roto-Rooter, Van was on-site to address our clogged laundry drain line. He so impressed me with doing that job that I also had him pull and reseat 2 toilet bowls. Good thing, as it turned out both had unexpected issues. But Van fixed both with practiced efficiency. He was quite organized ... and very personable. And while I wish to never need to call Roto-Rooter again, I'll ask for Van if that occurs ;-)
