They told me for 2 days that they would send a technician to fix my hot water tank. They never came so when I called to follow up, a lady tells me they no longer service residential areas in the state. She was rude while she yelled at me about being backed up from the holidays & never apologized. So I am going on day 3 with no hot water & did not appreciate this experience. I would never recommend a company who treats people in need this way.

Teck called prior to arriving,. Was very polite,. After he found the problem, he showed it to us. He only fixed what needed to be fixed. He could have told us all the pipes need to be replaced, but he didn't. I kinda knew that anyway, but not positive. He showed us the completed job. Was a quick easy fix. If we ever need a plummet we will call them again. ALSO, when I called, I spoke to a real person, didn't have to leave v/message, didn't have to leave message w an answering service, etc!After the job was completed, I called 5he company to let them know how pleased we were.
