“My son and I first visited in July 2023 to each get our first tattoo. Everyone was kind and welcoming! The place is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Kat did my sons tattoo and Manny did mine. They were awesome. Did not hurt, were very kind to us two first timers. I enjoyed working with Manny so much that I had him design my second tattoo which he finished on Friday. “I finally got the courage to get my (.)(.) pierced after saying i've wanted to do it for YEARS. I decided to go to Black Cloud because I am new to the area and everyone recommended this location to me. And I am so happy I did :) I was able to walk in and was almost immediately greeted by the lovely Sam. She was such a ball of joy and was able to get me in and out of there in a very short amount of time. Not only that, but she also helped calm my nerves beforehand. When it was finally time it was a very smooth and fast process. I definitely wouldn’t say it was painless, but I can say I have stubbed my toe and it hurt more than that. I was always a little self conscious about my breast and with Sam’s help I have never been more confident. I will definitely come back to this location for any more of my piercing needs and will 100% be asking for Sam.“
“I absolutely love Sadu. I have been coming here for years and each time I am left beyond satisfied. The jewelry selection is top notch and the customer service and care is unmatched here. During my most recent visit I met with Lucy for a VCH consultation and everything went great. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. I came back to get my VCH and Lucy talked me through the entire piercing. she place the piercing perfectly, eased my nerves, and gave me all of my after care instructions and made this the most enjoyable piercing experience I’ve had. Coyote, Sadie, and Riley are also so helpful, sweet, and amazing. They helped me pick out the most beautiful opal flower and ball. The place is usually busy (because they are so awesome ☺️) so I would recommend making an appointment. “Went here for a concert recently. This place is super small for something like that, but the acoustics were decent. It's disappointing to see how few people showed up to see such a great artist, but it was also nice because it had that backyard party vibe with so few people there. I hope they continue to do what they are doing and tweak things to get the word out better, provide some places to sit, and arrange for a food truck or two to sit out front during the show.“

“I have been faithfully coming to this tattoo shop since they opened up in 2015. I have had the pleasure of being tattooed from Billy, Scott, Hugo, Jason & Nadine. They have all been great and wonderful to work with. From the many designs I want , all of them have been creative in a way to make the designs one of a kind & add a bit of their flare to it. This is located off Central Ave. In Plaza Mid wood. Parking now can definitely be hectic since they have added a 2 hr limit on all parking in that area from the parking lot beside the location to the side street parking. Thankfully, when I went, the tattoo session did not take more than 2 hrs, so I didn't have any big issues. Either way, it can definitely get super packed and congested. Make sure to alot time for parking. The shop itself is always very clean, and the employees are always super welcoming and friendly the moment you walk in. You can send them an email or text them directly to schedule an appointment. Every artist here is super wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them. This is the only shop I come to whenever I want to get a tattoo.“
