We very recently had to put our kitty, Toby, to sleep. He had been sick with different diseases and Dr. Wolf and staff were always available to help me with whatever Toby needed. When that time came, we couldn't have asked for a more loving send off for Toby. As hard as it was for us, they handled him very gently and it was very peaceful for him which is what we wanted. He literally just went to sleep. We have been going there for 15+ yrs. and they have taken care of many of our babies, including the three we still have. I cannot imagine anyone else besides Dr. Wolf taking care our babies.
Indian Trail Animal Hospital has been such a blessing. We are first-time cat parents, and one of our cats recently decided that she no longer wanted us to cut her nails. We started having them trimmed at ITAH, and they are wonderful! To say that my cat is a problem child at the vet is an understatement. I witnessed firsthand her transformation from a loving kitty to a hell cat. It was frightening to see, but Cara and Leslie were nothing short of amazing! They worked as a team and accomplished what seemed to be an impossible task. They will have our business for as long as we have pets.
Our Kitty Diamond was suffering with what we thought might be a UTI. We just moved from Florida and needed to get with a new vet. We tried another vet group that our extended family uses in Indian Trail, but they have a wait list. I asked them to recommend one and they recommended ITAH. We made appointment for next day and saw Dr. Lorraine Pennea. I can say that it was a very good experience under stressful circumstances. I am completely happy with the care, service and price. I appreciated Dr. Pennea was very understanding of our worries for a huge bill and are very cost vs care conscious.
