After putting it off for several years, our old furnace finally gave out and we decided to replace our entire, 15-year old system. Central tech’s were there quick, professional and were very transparent. They also install Trane systems which, in my experience, are the most reliable. For whatever reason, some of the big name companies in Charlotte don’t carry Trane. I had two other companies look at our system and Central was hands down the best value.
