Thank you so much for taking care of our pups. When we got our puppies from the kennel, they were very skidding and easily fearful. You and your staff has helped us work with Luther and Luna and teach them that people are loving and can be trusted. They had their first boarding experience while we were away visiting family, they had a great time!! We felt so comfortable knowing they were with you. Your staff even called me to let me know that they didn’t have enough food and wanted to make sure it was ok to give them the food that you had (or we could bring food). My 4 babies had a blast. You can see in the pictures how much fun they were having. Brought them home and they are all exhausted and relaxing. Which with these 4 is nice to see because they are usually all wild and crazy.
It is very easy to set up an account. Drop off and pick up times were super easy and accommodating. Love the Facebook pictures of the pups for the days they are there. Makes me feel good that my dog is still having fun while I can't be there. Only downside... I had my dogs ears cropped, and they were heald just needed posting to help them stay up. They called us a day later and said they would need to remove the ear taping or he would have to be in his kennel. I read over the NC boarding regulation and the ones for the company, and NO, WHERE does it say ears can't be taped. I paid $40 the day before to get them posted and had to take my pup again when I picked... read full review
