There is a great stock of tile options here and Matt has the ability to find contractors for entire projects to be able to help customers from start to finish. This place is pretty decent, however, the customer service is absolutely TRASH. This guy is all about the sale. Doesn't ask any questions to he certain that what you're ordering is actually what you need, and he has bankers hours. 3 times wnet to pick up things ordered and he was not there or there was a sign on the door that may as well say " gone fishing".I've been in the business of home remodeling for 35 yrs and kitchens and baths are my specialty. Its all about customer service and this is not the place for it. Consider other avenues for less drama.
