Having absolutely no prior knowledge of boxing, martial arts, etc, I originally gave it a try because I heard it was a tremendous workout, and also because kicking and punching things is fun. Two years later, I'm almost decent at it and my arms haven't looked this good in years. A 30 minute workout with no set class times that welcomes people of all fitness levels and has a fresh new workout every day.
