I had lake Norman concrete install two retaining walls and repour a concrete pad for me as well as drainage. A year later one of the retaining walls started to fail. I reached out to Josh Mayhorn the sales rep and he told me 7 times Victor the guy who did the work would come by. Day after day the same story but nobody showed. I eventually contacted another company who did other walls on my property and they confirmed it was not installed correctly and that’s why it was failing. Still no word from LKN Concrete to come and fix it. Buyer Beware they don’t stand behind their work. Update to Review: after posting this and a Google review they did show up to redo their work. It does appear they stand behind their work but the communication and follow up process leaves much to be desired. I attached a photo of repair job for reference.
Absolutely love our new patio! Anthony with Lake Norman Custom Concrete did an amazing job creating our stamped flagstone patio! We had to wait a few months because they were so busy but it was definitely worth the wait. We love our little oasis that they helped us create.
They did a great job on our driveway pad, and also on our two stamped patios in the back yard. Anthony did a beautiful, artistic job. Highly recommend!
