Charlotte PC Works does amazing and fast work. They were able to find out what was going on with my gaming/streaming rig and explained it all clearly and plainly. They really make all the effort to make sure that you understand as well and even gave me tips on what to do to avoid any future problems. Got me back up and running right when I needed it. By far the most honest, thorough, and patient tech I’ve ever worked with. They’re a VERY easy recommendation!

I highly recommend this place. My old computer kept shutting down and I needed it to work within the next couple days. Steve understood my dilemma and gave me priority. He fixed three problems on my computer and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely keep him as my PC repair man. Joe C
