Thank You for treating my Great Dane puppy who had a severe HOD flare up. Dozer is now recovering, doesn’t seem like he’s in pain anymore and he’s able to walk now!
He’s been kept for around 4 days. I was starting to lose hope, wondering if euthanasia was the only way to help him.. But ya’ll took great care of him and saved him ❤️
If he ever has another flare up (I hope not) and will need hospitalization, I’ll definitely come back!
I took my cat, Winifred, here when she started to struggle to breathe. They rushed her back and took immediate care of her. They talked me through her care with compassion and clarity. Most importantly to me, they didn’t make me feel bad about choosing the level of care. They were good about updating me on her condition. Having a pet go through a medical emergency is scary but I felt confident with them taking care of my baby.
Yesterday I had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to my sweet rabbit of 12 years. Though this was such a difficult decision the staff here was fabulous. Dr.Powers was so knowledgeable and made my decision the easiest it could have been given the situation. She was so supportive of letting me know this would prevent suffering, the comfort I needed during this time. Her assistant (Preston?) was also so kind and caring. Thank you to everyone here for the support for a moment like this.
