CJ came to treat our house/yard and took the time to explain what he was going to do. He was so friendly and made sure that he treated everything we needed done. Booking was a breeze and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I found this company two years ago, and I was really impressed by its customer service. I was moving the next day, so I called Avista and asked the owner if it was possible to schedule a service within the next 24 hours. By 10 a.m. the next day, I had an Avista employee at my door.

After they sprayed the house, whatever I found (roaches and bugs) was dead. Their products are excellent !!! Nowadays, there is nothing inside my house.

First contact was with Angela. Fantastic customer service and pleasant conversation.
Angela is the reason I chose to give AVISTA a try. CJ is the gentleman who showed up this morning. Very clean organized professional truck. That’s a good first impression.
Second, CJ rang the bell, this being his first visit, he wanted to introduce himself and ask if I’d like an explanation as to how he would work and would be happy to answer any questions that I might have.
Fantastic service and kind person.
