Air One Cooling & Heating have been my go to HVAC company for 8 years. They are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can rely on the technicians to keep me up to date on the newest advancements and technology available for my unit. I can rely on them to arrive on time and complete any work requested from repairs to regular maintenance. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
Air One Cooling & Heating is the best. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Billy explained everything from the importance of keeping your filters changed and how often they are to be changed. If you don't have a "Billy" I suggest you get one by calling Air One!
This company installed our Trane System 4 years ago. Unfortunately, over the weekend our system was not cooling our upstairs in our home. I did not read the hours of operation for Air1 Cooling and Heating, and that they were open for service on Saturday. I contacted one of the larger companies in Charlotte who came out and performed different test. They did find that my primary drain line was clogged and the felt this was shutting the unit off. They cleared my line which I appreciate as the secondary drain is no longer pouring down the back of my house. The Technician left and 30 minutes later our home was still not cooling.
