ACTION CLEANUP AND RESTORATION

We give Action 5 stars! When we had a water backup in our home, they immediately came out, assessed the situation, began water cleanup, and placed industrial sized dehumidifiers all through the basement. The owner, Don, was wonderful to work worth as he walked us through the insurance process, submitted our claim and handled all paperwork. Action was further able to install the new flooring, as well as repairing existing flooring so it looked seamless, with no money out of our pocket with the exception of insurance deductible. I cannot recommend Action Restoration more for their professionalism, expertise and experience with mitigating all kinds of disasters. We have since used them again for flooring installation in another home (non-disaster related) as a result of the quality of their work and competitive pricing!

Have known Don for more than 9 years. Very honest and nice person. If needed I would feel very comfortable doing business with him. He seem to know his business of restoration.
