Becky has been grooming our girl Millie for a while now and has always done an amazing job. We recently got another dog who came to us with some matting- Becky groomed her yesterday and she looks like a completely different dog, in the BEST way possible!!

Derek and his staff are phenomenal! What an incredible service these guys do for my baby girl. Derek went out of his way to accommodate us last minute while I was at work and my husband with a broke ankle. My dogs personality reflects entirely how good she feels when she's finished. Worth every penny, every single time.

We’ve been taking our dog to the Refined Pup for more than five years now, and have always had a positive experience! Derek and his team are extremely professional and great at communicating, and we’ve always been pleased with our dogs haircut. Something I especially appreciate about them is their consistency. Our dog always gets the same haircut every time, we’ve never had any “unpleasant surprises” the way you hear about with other groomers. Highly recommend!
