Hands-down, my go to Home Inspector no matter what. He has inspected all the homes I’ve been purchased and lived in. Someone who inspections have resulted in my clients getting a new roof, and or other major repairs settled prior to closing on a home.
I've hired Tim three times now. He saved me from buying a residental property with plumbing issues and a commercial property with fire safety issues. Just closed on new construction residential property. He flagged the HVAC but the builder said he was wrong. I had a certified HVAC inspect the system and they confirmed he was correct in his inspection. Tim has literally saved me thousands of dollars.
Tim was very courteous and professional. He was willing to come out during the weekend and at a time that suited us best. He also made sure to get the report done and to us in record time. Highly recommend.
