My first time a The Cave in Hope Mills. Great atmosphere, customer service is awesome, and I really enjoyed my esthetician, Ciana. I had the signature facial. Looking forward to trying more of their services.
Absolutely phenomenal. Ciana was an incredible waxer and an excellent personality. Was treated to water and snacks while I waited, and everyone was exceptionally kind and generous. I have HS so Brazilians are necessary, and Ciana’s skill made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Will be returning again!!!
This was an amazing experience ! The staff was awesome and very informative. They have created a very calming and friendly space. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. I felt totally relaxed and at ease. I will definitely return.
