Last spirng I asked R&R to come and look at my older HVAC system. For years it had never cooled the home, it constantly ran in the summer, and my power bills were high. My original call to them was for the system not coming on and I was ready to be told that I needed a new system. When they came out they found out it was only the drain pan backed up kicking off the system. Well that was being honest and not trying to sell me something I didnt need. However they did say the system needed some TLC and sold me on a maintenance plan. Come to find out the coils were very dirty. The air went out in my mother-in-law's house on Friday evening. We were referred to this place and called Saturday morning. The scheduling was pretty quick, and the repairs were done correctly and on schedule. The prices were on par as far as I could tell with others in the area.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and an excellent service person. He was able to diagnose and fix both of my HVAC units in about 2 1/2 hours. He is personable and able to educate me on how to perform routine maintenance a little better. I appreciate the professional work!Service: A/C system repair
