“I have recently purchased photos from both my children's present school year from Carlton Hubbard photography. I purchased the download along with my pictures. I was able to download one of my children's pictures but the other I had trouble with. I thought I had maybe made a mistake by making the purchase and was starting to regret it. I sent an email out to the company and they responded. Miss Diane was the person I spoke with first and she later spoke with Miss Tara to consult her about the trouble I was. I can honestly say that their customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately, I did not get to speak with them the second time because I didn't get to my phone in time. But miss Tara's voicemail was so detailed I didn't have to call her back. I was able to complete the download with the instructions that were very detailed by her on my voicemail. “Start to finish, I am so impressed with Mandy, not only for her eye for art but for her kindness and love for all her clients. She went above and beyond to make my daughters senior photo shoot memorable and captured the most beautiful photos. She was rolling around in the dirt and being eaten alive by bugs and you would have never been able to tell because her eyes were on my girl and making her time as special as possible.
