I can't say enough fabulous things about Kriss Ward Photography. Kriss has so much knowledge about both photography and marketing and put so much time and attention into everything surrounding our photography session.

Every step of the process was made easy and that's all because of Kriss. She focused on who we are as people and as a firm. One of my friends even commented that my personality comes through in the pictures and it's just like I got a "glow up."

Kriss provided everything that we needed to make our session a success:
- A detailed color scheme for wardrobe, accessories, etc.
- Hair and Makeup artist
- My own dedicated page with her ideas to ensure we were on the same page.
- Too many pre-shoot conversations to count.
- She even volunteered to come over and go through my closet or go shopping with me! While I didn't take her up on these, I did send ALL the pics and she gave input and made suggestions on every single one.
- Itinerary for the day including a list of shots we wanted so we didn't miss anything.

The pictures turned out even better than I could have imagined! And earlier today she sent me multiple suggestions of how to utilize the photos for marketing and branding purposes. I wasn't expecting this and am so excited again about the ways in which she continues to help me brand my new firm and myself for success.

“I have recently purchased photos from both my children's present school year from Carlton Hubbard photography. I purchased the download along with my pictures. I was able to download one of my children's pictures but the other I had trouble with. I thought I had maybe made a mistake by making the purchase and was starting to regret it. I sent an email out to the company and they responded. Miss Diane was the person I spoke with first and she later spoke with Miss Tara to consult her about the trouble I was. I can honestly say that their customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately, I did not get to speak with them the second time because I didn't get to my phone in time. But miss Tara's voicemail was so detailed I didn't have to call her back. I was able to complete the download with the instructions that were very detailed by her on my voicemail.
