Dr. Scott and his staff are out of this world! The customer service is very professional and caring. They’ll have you BACK on your feet in no time (pun intended). I highly recommend Nelson and Nelson chiropractic center in Hope Mills, NC.

I’ve been treated weekly for the past 2 months for a lower back injury. Every visit has been consistent. Polite and professional staff. Variety of equipment for all types of chiropractic services. I 100% recommend Dr. Scott if you need help with mobility and pain therapy.
I came in originally for back muscle pain that had me so tensed up I couldn't sit for more than 20 minutes at a time. 2 visits later and that pain is nearly gone, and I can do barbell squats and deadlifts without worry once again.
If you are an athlete of any sort it is well worth coming here.
Dr is a really nice guy, very friendly and approachable, no complaints at all.
