Very friendly staff. Adrian and John asked plenty of questions to understand my issues. They paid attention to details and they listened to me. I felt very well looked after.
Also, the staff at the front desk are very welcoming.
Very professional therapist evaluated my thumb's need for brace based on my doctors information. He was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure having him fit and discuss the brace. He encouraged contacting him with future questions if needed.
