I've been to many nail salons and have spent a small fortune on pedicures since moving to Holly Springs! I have NEVER returned to any. Today was my first time at Nail Experts. They are at walking distance to my home. Before Nikki finished polishing my nails I knew I would be back! She was quiet, respectful, accommodating professional and best of all EXCELLENT!!! Thank you Nikki. I will return!!
The people who work here are so kind! They all work hard on customer connections. The middle aged man especially was extremely nice, and offered me a water as well as a hot towel. Highly recommend!!!
Very disappointing salon. It's dirty and the staff did not consistently wear masks. One of the staff sat barefoot in a massage chair next to all the guests and face timed video loudly the entire time during my pedicure. Pedicure wasn't anything special. They need to clean the facility and act professionally.
