The staff at this Milan location is amazing. They are helpful and knowledgable without being "spa" stuffy. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered in a friendly, straight forward way, which is sadly rare these days. I was a little apprehensive about moving from location to location but I got exactly the service I wanted and was pleasantly surprised to find out more area was covered in my plan than originally expected. Very, very happy this is going to be my regular location.
