I just had Brandon's team install a backup generator. The team did a great job of getting it completed in one day, great cleanup, and all tests were completed successfully. The location was perfect and did not require a lot of extra work to make it functional. The Ideal team is always great to work with and would recommend them anytime for all your electrical and HVAC work.
I had such a positive experience all around … I requested an appointment online at 3:30 AM when my air went and received a text about an appointment before 7:30 AM! Benny came out and did a full review of my problematic, 20 year old, unit! I kinda knew it was at the ends of its life so I also scheduled a free estimate for replacement simultaneously! Matt came out and went over my options and did a great job to not overwhelm me, but still give me all the options that I needed to make an informed decision. I opted for a full replacement. Our friend that has his own company recommended Ideal for the job that we needed to have done.
Matt the representative was so nice and thorough about what needed to be done. Ideal came out a couple of days later and started the work to be done and finished in 2-1/2 days and Hunter and Decklan that installed the works were so nice and professional and told us and showed us everything they’d done. We have to give kudos to them both for working in the attic in 90+ degrees outside. We highly recommend Ideal for heating / air services!!
