The have been great. I have been taking my dog there for the last year. My only complaint is they don't file insurance for you. So, I have lost a lot of money just trying to figure out how to file the claims. I would love to see them add that service. Clinically everything met or exceeded expectations.
I love Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital! Drs. Bernhard and Tolhurst are excellent vets, very kind and always patient with pet owner questions. I feel my dog is in excellent hands u see their care.
I can't say enough good things about Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital. Before finding them, my dog wasn't receiving the care he needed from our previous vet, and I was nervous about switching providers. He has experienced several health challenges, and the team at Holly Springs has been nothing short of exceptional in addressing them. They go above and beyond to ensure he gets the best care. He’s needs lots of love (and treats), and every visit, they make sure he feels safe and cared for. I feel confident and reassured as his caregiver too. If you're looking for a compassionate and professional veterinary team, I highly recommend them.
