Ryan is the best exterminator we have ever used. He promptly helped us when we had a flea issue. He explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. His work is incredibly thorough and he goes above and beyond, whereas other exterminators just do their job and leave without consideration of the issues. On top of this, I feel better supporting an independently owned small business. Update: my flea issue has been a unique case that these guys worked relentlessly to solve. They consulted other colleagues when needed, treated all of our home, inside and out multiple times and then learned that the fleas were breeding deep in our mulch. They are a dedicated team that handled our case quickly and with thorough service. These are the guys you want not just for routine service but also specific concerns.
I am extremely impressed with Holly Springs Pest Control. My hubby called yesterday (Monday) and they came out today. Bryce did a very thorough inspection by telling me what bug issue we have, how to fix it and prevent it. Once we signed an agreement he sprayed inside and outside. Before spraying outside he got rid of all spider webs outside and inside my garage. No company has ever done that. Bryce was very knowledgeable and friendly. Top notch service and customer service. Highly recommend.
Holly Springs Pest Control is the best. I hired them after I saw a big and Ryan was available within a few days and assessed how to prevent bugs from coming in, especially during the summer months. I hired him on the spot and so glad I did!!!
