I cannot recommend this clinic enough! From the moment we walked in, the entire team—from the receptionist to the doctor and the vet techs—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What I appreciated most was that they were not pushy at all; they gave us advice that was right to the point and clearly had my dog Charlie’s best interest at heart. Most caring & thorough veterinary care in NC! I brought in 2 sick kittens for a last minute appointment that they were kind enough to offer at the end of their day. Dr Harper saw my babies. He put the 5 week old on the table & had an old fashioned face to face talk with him as he examined him. It was great! The other kitten was much sicker, and Dr Harper spent a great deal of time to provide all necessary exams & treatments for both of them. They both responded quickly to meds he prescribed, & are recovering thanks to the care & concern of the wonderful staff. Just not feeling the attention to detail and service that we've been experiencing with Banfield. Moved over to Hemlock Bluffs to take care of our two cats and the experience has been awesome.
