I have been so blessed to have Harris Residential & Commercial Cleaning manage all the housekeeping needs for my beach house rental in Surf City since 2021! Penny’s team always does an amazing job and are super thorough and also communicate if any issues. The team is also pleasant and friendly to communicate with. My renters consistently remark at how amazingly clean the house is! It is very reassuring to have a reliable housekeeping professional that I can trust and that is a big factor in the success of my beach house rental!

I can't say enough good things about Penny and her team at Harris. My wife & I own several short term rentals on Topsail and the Harris team is great. I started working with them a year ago, and wish I had found them sooner. They are detail minded, thorough, and take pride in their jobs; honest, hard-working people.
