We have a maintenance agreement with Warren Hay and just had our summer service. The technician, Lex, was friendly, professional and polite. He did an excellent job and gave us a full report on the two units as well as doing some preventative actions.
We’re delighted with their service and recommend them to anyone interested in a service agreement or new units.

Excellent service with my brand new 3Ton Trane heat pump install. Both units, outline and inside air ex-changer was replaced with all new copper hoses. The crew was very careful with walking through the house as the craw space door is via indoor. I was so impress with the layout of the job as it look like a piece of art. I highly recommend Warren-Hay Mechanical ! OH, Trane, very nice and quit !

What an exceptional place to deal with!! My AC went out at the worst possible time of the year. I called Warren-Hay and spoke to Jennifer. She listened to my concerns and had someone out the very next day! The tech that met us was thorough and easy to deal with. We will definitely call them from here on out
