Recently had a major family event on the horizon at my home. As things sometimes happen my well pump, wires, pressure tank all needed replacement after working for almost 25 years without a hitch. Our friend and neighbor Caleb took the lead and consul and set the repair in motion. He sent Damion and Tre out within a few hours to get started on this major effort. They were fabulous in every way to work with. The company is lucky to have professionals and highly recommended teams like this on staff. It was complete timely and at a fair as quoted price. Highly recommend the company.

Will came to our house to write up a quote and did a very thorough job explaining the product and the process. I had two other companies quote the same work and not only were Water Specialists the most cost effective, Will knew exactly what he was talking about. When Randy, the technician, came to install the system, he was extremely thorough in explaining what all had to be done, how long it would take and all the relevant next steps. Additionally, Randy went above and beyond when a part of the system they were not even working on was in need of a minor repair and he went ahead and fixed that without charge. Definitely recommend these guys!

The Water Specialist has been servicing our water treatment system 4 times a year for almost 15 years. During that time they have provided superior service. They are on time for all appointments, thoroughly evaluate what is required for each service, complete all tasks required, conduct testing of all work done, document what they did and answer any questions we may have. During our most recent service, they found a leak in 1 of our water pipes (unrelated to the work they were doing) and immediately notified us.
