The guys over at Scott's are world class! They are knowledgeable, quick, professional, and always on-time. If you have specific issues as the weeks go by, they will tailor their control to your needs and they wont charge you more for it. I really can't pin down one specific thing about how strong of a company they are -- other than I recommend them highly.
Scott, I have nothing but great things to say! Was informative on what would happen via the process. The chemicals that would be used, set expectations and by far has the best customer service out of any company I spoke with. Though I did not use his service he was incredibly helpful throughout the process and I would recommend at the very least reaching out and chatting to get a quote and service.
Definitely recommend working with Scott's Turf and Pest. We had a big issue related to powder post beetles that was going to cost a significant amount of money. Instead of trying to pressure us to move forward, Steve and his team helped us navigate opportunities for recourse and engage state inspectors to assess all of our options to handle the situation. They also came to our house several times to discuss the issue and calibrate a plan. We ended up deciding to hold off on treatment for now for financial reasons, but still would recommend giving Scott's Turf and Pest a call for your needs and know we will be calling them back!
