I have had vertigo and muscle pain for 20 years. It stems from tight muscles and not being able to relax them. When the muscles get to tight they can pull on the vertebra and cause tension. I also have extreme headaches when this happens. I have tried so many different things to help. I have seen a neurologist to try different medicines and techniques, I have had different tests for Ménière’s disease, I have had CT’s and MRI’s just to name a few.
