“I can’t tell you how much my first session has changed me. I never expected that I would be doing yoga, but lately, I have been wanting to try it. Boy, am I glad I did! Debbie is such an amazing person with such great energy. She took her time and explained every move, and explained what each position does for the body and mind. It was such a wonderful experience! I will be going back and will be making this a regular routine of mine. Thank you again, Debbie!“

“This was my first visit to this yoga location. I have tried almost every yoga spot in the Triad area. I can definitely say that the healthy back and spine class was one of a kind! I was a little intimidated when I learned, I would be hanging from the wall during the class, but the teacher walked me through step-by-step, and made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to going to this class again and taking care of my spine. I'm also looking forward to checking out the other offerings at the studio. It is a beautiful studio that can run multiple classes at once. This is definitely different than any other studio in Triad!“

“Attended my first paddle board yoga class this evening—what a blast! Anna was patient and helpful, and gave us great options to modify moves for our comfort level. It was super fun, and a good workout!“

“Wonderful studio with a variety of yoga classes. First time I came across Kundalini yoga here (taught by Lauren Blount) Everyone is welcome here and you can feel it! I decided to pursue my yoga teacher training (4 months) with Yogi Gene and Yogini Lauren Blount. The next 4 months were amazing and an experience no one in my family or I would forget. Professional yet friendly environment providing a balance for inner growth and outward reflection with your group. Mutual respect was maintained and encouraged and it helped everyone learn from each other. Constantly encouraged to develop inner strength in a harmonious way. The Physical challenges were obvious but I was challenged more so by emotional and mental beliefs. The training helped me make peace with a death in the family, start to let go of limiting beliefs I put on myself and continue to put on myself and start letting go of negative thinking patterns that are driven by fear. It will give you tools to take care of yourself and others around you regardless of your personality, full time career, age, sex or religion. Baby steps, it’s all in the journey. If someone reading this is interested in yoga teacher training then definitely go talk to them about it !“
