Novant Health Primary Care - High Point

Dr. Jobe has been in the area many years and great physician. His office staff on the other hand are not very professional when answering phone, unable to answer any type of questions ask or even answer calls. Regardless if question pertaining to insurance issues with provider credentials with insurance or general question about practice or lab results. Not sure what office procedures are for replying to patients messages sent via MyChart, but don’t get a reply. Are providers with Novant not able to comment on lab results that patient receives via MyChart? Epic system does provide this. Front office staff seems to only want to stay in chair.
