My 2 year old had been to 2 other dental offices prior to coming to High Point Pediatric, and while the experiences at the other offices weren’t horrible, they weren’t great. High Point Pediatric exceeded my expectations. From the moment we even walked in the door, the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming to my little one. The entire staff definitely knows how to work with children in a setting that makes a lot of kids nervous. To top it off they sent us a personalized card in the mail. Our son has multiple diagnoses with accompanying sensory issues and medical care can be really difficult. The staff here was amazing and made the process as easy as possible, given the obstacles. They explained everything thoroughly and did everything they could to set him up for success; they were very patient with him and communicated clearly to me throughout the procedure, as well. They are absolutely fantastic with kids and I'm grateful that we found them.
Couldn't ask for a better dentist office for my babies. They give options for treatment instead of just telling you what to do with your childs teeth. They are very good with kids. Love the pic your get for the first dentist appointment as well.
